- The delivery times of products that are not in stock can, unfortunately, be further delayed. Of course we will do whatever we can to make sure that products that are not in stock, are in stock as soon as possible.
- If you wish to return your order but are unable to do so within 30 days because of the situation that has arisen, we understand. If this happens, please let us know.

At Skerper we love quality products and good service. With a team of enthusiastic people we ship out beautiful products to our customers and try to provide great service. It is our goal to turn customers into enthusiasts!
Skerper specializes in sharpening products. Within this category we offer a very diverse range of unique products. We test these products ourselves and when we love the products, we add them on to our range. Fortunately our own customers also help each other with the product reviews that were written about these products. We keep the products we sell in stock at our own warehouse, therefore we can deliver quickly.
Order via the website
How does ordering on the website work?
Each product you would like to order you can: "add to shopping cart". Clicking this button will take you to the shopping cart immediately. You can continue shopping and add more products to the shopping cart, or you can go to the checkout.
The ordering process consists of 4 steps:
This is an overview of all the products in the shopping cart. You can change the number of products you would like to order or remove them. The shipping costs differ per country of destination. If you have received a coupon code you can enter it here (gift cards are exchanged at the checkout). At the bottom of the page you will find combi-deals and accessories that go with the selected products.
2. Fill out your information
Here you fill out your personal information which will be listed on the invoice. If you would like to choose a different delivery address you can select that here.
3. Confirm your order
With confirming your order you agree to our terms and conditions. From this moment the products are reserved for you for 24 hours. As soon as you make the payment the sale is final. If you want to finish your order at another time, you automatically get an e-mail with the link to complete the order later.
4. Payment options
Here you can choose your payment method.
Change or cancel the order
If you want to adjust or cancel your order please call our customer service team directly. They know exactly where your order is located, and they can help you quickly with anything concerning your order. If your order has already been sent we can help you track the current status and/or explain to you how you can make sure the parcel is returned to us.
The current status for each product is displayed on the website. When a product is sold out we let you know by which time we expect the product back in stock. Our goal is to have every product in stock, but we are always dependent on manufacturers and suppliers whether that is possible.
You can pay in advance by bank transfer. Once you have chosen to do a bank transfer we provide you with all the information needed. Please note that it may take up to a day before the money appears in our account.
Verified By Visa provides extra security to both the credit card holder and the credit card merchant. Owners of a Visa card can protect their card with a personal password that is required when making payments over the internet.

PayPal is a simple payment method that enables you to quickly and easily receive and transfer money. You only have to log on to your account to confirm the payment. A PayPal payment may lead to additional costs.
GLS, DHL (express), UPS and PostNL
We ship out our parcels via GLS, DHL (express), UPS and PostNL. These companies transfer the parcels to your local mail carrier.
With DHL express you will be able to receive your order within Europe in one working day. If you want your order to be shipped anywhere else in the rest of the world you still only have to wait 2-4 working days! As soon as we ship your order you receive an email with 'On Demand Delivery'.
Via ODD you can determine yourself how, where and when your order will be delivered. On the day of delivery DHL express will send you a text or email to make sure you know when you can expect your package. Without any notice they will deliver your order at the original address.

Follow your order
After we have processed your order, and we are ready to ship it, you will receive a tracking code so you can track where your parcel is.
Returns, exchanges and warranty
The return process
For a return we ask you to contact us via phone or via e-mail. Then you will receive a return ticket and the appropriate return data for the return shipment, please note that we do not cover these costs. Print the return label and send it along with your return. Please enclose a return form explaining what you would like us to do with your return.
After we have received the product back, it will be checked by a product specialist. After the product is checked the return is transferred to our customer service. They handle the rest of the process and will get in touch with you.
Return shipments are at the risk of the consumer. Kato Group BV is not liable for losing or damaging returns.
Refunding a returned item
You will be refunded when we receive the product back in a good state and in its original packaging. Also, you must have informed us about wanting to return the product within the 14 day cooling-off period. After the product has been checked you will receive your money back within 7 days. We refund you through the payment method you have used to pay.
If the packaging of the product is damaged or missing we cannot sell the product any longer. Therefore you will receive 75% of your money back. For used and damaged products please refer to the warranty conditions. For these products we cannot give a refund. Read all about it in our return policy.
We only sell quality products, but even these beautiful products can sometimes have something wrong with them. All products on the Skerper site come with a 25-year warranty which focuses on material and production flaws. We will of course help you with solving any of these problems. If there is anything wrong and you want to claim it under warranty, please get in touch with us.
We always try to offer an appropriate solution to faulty products, but when we cannot solve it over the phone then you can send the item to us. We will try to fix the problem ourselves or ship it back to our supplier. If a repair is not possible we can replace the product or find a different solution for you.
