Our **Basic ceramic sharpening steel** is perfect for the quick sharpening tasks. Are you fed up with your blunt knives, but not in the mood to spend a lot of time using a sharpening stone? With this sharpening steel you can quickly sharpen your knives.

The sharpening steel is made from very fine ceramics. As such you can quickly sharpen a lightly used edge. Move your knife alongside the ceramic sharpening steel a couple of times and before you know it cutting through tomatoes will be child's play again.

Good to know: using a ceramic sharpening steel will postpone extensive knife maintenance.

## Use
You don't need water when using this sharpening steel. You will, however, notice that metal particles stick to the sharpening steel. Don't worry! This is how it is supposed to be. However, do keep in mind that these particles reduce the effectiveness of the sharpening steel. So, all you have to do is clean the steel in between use. Easy, and all it takes is a moist towel or sponge.
